Sometimes if you are facing unexpected behavior on the Ream website (slow loading times, button not working, etc.), clearing your cache can help to resolve these issues.

This is how to clear your browser cache on some popular web browsers:

Clearing the Browser Cache on Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome, and click on the three dots at the top-right corner of the window.
  2. Select "More tools", and then "Clear browsing data".
  3. Choose the time range for which you want to clear the cache (such as "All time" to clear everything), and make sure that "Cached images and files" is checked.
  4. Click "Clear data".
  5. Wait a few moments while Chrome clears the cache, and then close and reopen the browser.

Clearing the Browser Cache on Safari:

  1. Open Safari, and click on "Safari" in the top menu bar.
  2. Select "Preferences", and then click on the "Privacy" tab.
  3. Click on "Manage Website Data".
  4. Click "Remove All", and then click "Remove Now" to confirm.
  5. Wait a few moments while Safari clears the cache, and then close and reopen the browser.

Clearing the Browser Cache on Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox, and click on the three lines at the top-right corner of the window.
  2. Select "Options", and then click on "Privacy & Security".
  3. Under the "Cookies and Site Data" section, click on "Clear Data".
